Current project status
The current PawWings page describes a service that is still in development. It does not create user accounts, receive flight requests, verify identities, match participants or publish rescue cases. Visiting the page is covered by the Maya Apps website privacy policy.
Email enquiries
If you contact info@pawwings.org, we process your email address, message and any information you choose to provide to answer the enquiry and plan the project. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for other project communication. Our legitimate interest is responding to enquiries and developing a safe, useful service.
Please do not send at this stage: adopter data, identity or travel documents, health information, payment-card data or active rescue-case details.
Retention and recipients
Email data is retained until the enquiry has been resolved and is no longer needed, unless legal retention duties or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require longer storage. It is available only to Maya Apps and the providers required to deliver email and technical services; it is not sold or used for advertising.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Contact info@pawwings.org. You may also complain to a data-protection supervisory authority; the authority responsible for our German establishment is the Unabhängige Landeszentrum für Datenschutz Schleswig-Holstein.
Before service launch
Before PawWings accepts registrations or case information, this notice will be replaced with a service-specific policy covering user roles, verification, requests, recipients, retention, security, legal bases and any international transfers.
